Connect With Senior Leaders Across The UK Food Industry

Executive Insight  Industry Influence
Year-Round Engagement

Partnership Options

The UK Food Council works with a limited number of Strategic and Industry Partners who wish to engage directly with senior decision-makers across the UK food system.

Partnership provides structured access to industry leaders, insight into emerging sector challenges, and the opportunity to contribute expertise to discussions shaping the future of food production, supply and consumption in the United Kingdom.

Partner Benefits

Partnership provides direct engagement with senior leaders across food production, manufacturing, retail and foodservice, placing your organisation at the centre of the conversations that shape the sector. Partners participate in executive roundtables, focus groups and industry briefings, ensuring consistent access to high-level dialogue and informed peer exchange.

Partnership also carries meaningful visibility, with partner organisations featured within UK Food Council research, insight reports and sector commentary. Beyond profile, partners have the opportunity to contribute their expertise directly to industry policy discussions and broader conversations about the future of the food system.

Why Two Levels?

The UK food industry encompasses organisations operating at differing levels of commercial responsibility and strategic exposure.

Industry Partnership status provides structured professional alignment and informed participation within the Council’s national framework.

Strategic Partnership provides executive-level engagement within a closed deliberative environment addressing sector direction.

The distinction preserves clarity of participation and safeguards the professional integrity of the membership.

Engagement is structured.
Participation is purposeful.

Strategic Partner

Executive Tier Invitation Only

Strategic Partnership is maintained for a defined number of organisations operating at senior level within the UK food industry’s strategic landscape.

Partners participate within closed executive discussions examining procurement frameworks, regulatory interpretation, capital allocation, cost environment and structural market development. Engagement is senior-led and contribution-based. Each Strategic Partner nominates an executive representative who participates in moderated roundtables and sector sessions convened during the annual term.

Representation is exclusive.
Alignment is deliberate.

Strategic Partnership is extended by invitation, with a limited number of positions available each year. Partners contribute meaningfully within the forum through which sector direction is examined, making each partnership a considered and purposeful appointment.

Participation is reviewed periodically to preserve sector balance, relevance and institutional integrity, ensuring that the collective body of partners continues to reflect the standards and character of the Council. Terms of participation are discussed privately, allowing for candid and constructive dialogue between the Council and prospective partners.

Organisations wishing to be considered for partnership are welcome to contact the Council directly to initiate a review.

Industry Partner

Subscription Tier  Structured Professional Partnership

Industry Partner status provides formal affiliation with the UK Food Council and structured participation within its national industry environment.

The Council operates throughout the year, convening dialogue, publishing briefings and examining commercial, regulatory and operational developments across food retail, foodservice, hospitality, production and supply chain. Industry Partners remain aligned with this activity through year-round access to Council insight and selected forums appropriate to this tier.

Industry Partnership supports informed awareness of procurement trends, cost pressures, regulatory developments and structural market change as these unfold — providing organisations with current, relevant insight in real time rather than retrospectively.

Organisational representation is secured for the annual term, ensuring continuity of perspective and a consistent presence within a professional network comprising more than 15,000 senior industry participants across the UK food system. Industry Partnership status is secured by subscription at £104 per month, reflecting structured alignment within a national deliberative environment that operates continuously across the sector.
